Started this on my own and grew it to 50+ clients across six states, homes, businesses, and churches, and I still handle every part myself, from the first switch config to the follow-up call.
I set up secure networks on Cisco/Meraki, Juniper, EnGenius, Omada, Ubiquiti, and Alta Labs, keeping everyone's traffic properly separated across PA, NJ, NY, MA, NC, and FL.
I build custom homelabs for clients and spec out servers and workstations for whatever the job needs.
I always build in backups, which is a big reason I rarely get a “it's down” call.
I build and host client websites myself, on my own servers.

I work right alongside the CTO on how the district's network is set up and where it's headed.
I get hands-on with Cisco and Juniper switches to configure and fix switch stacks, the fiber running between buildings, firewalls, and servers.
When things get weird, I pull up Wireshark and track down exactly what's causing the slowdown or drop.
Most of all, I keep the classrooms online so teachers can actually teach.
